Information used
JE Horizon processes the checkout email, consent version, purchase and provider references, payment state, entitlement state, email delivery identifiers, access and download timestamps, release identity, and keyed IP hashes used for abuse limits. Stripe-hosted fields collect payment-card data; JE Horizon does not receive card numbers.
Access credentials
Email links and browser sessions are short-lived and single-use. Raw access tokens and raw IP addresses are not stored in the commerce database. Do not send access links or session cookies to support.
Why and where
The information supports checkout, license records, transactional email, private artifact delivery, fraud and abuse controls, refunds, and customer support. Service providers include Stripe, AWS SES, Fly.io, Hugging Face, and Cloudflare for their respective roles.
Retention and requests
Purchase and entitlement records are retained as needed to provide the perpetual license, re-downloads, support, accounting, dispute handling, security, and legal compliance. Short-lived access data expires by design. Request access, correction, or deletion review at support@jehorizon.com; some purchase or legal records may need to be retained.
